I love these Philips Hues lights, easy to install and add a lot of good entertainment and atmosphere to your home. So much so that we replaced every light in the house with Philip Hughes 70+ and they all worked seamlessly with our Wi-Fi system. My only downside is the price. Also, you will really like them and all the apps built around them for you.

The mounting system makes no sense. On most modifications, one of two types of metal brackets is standardized - in fact, one of these two looks like the one shown in the picture. However, what was delivered was as described in many disappointed reviews (it was an order today 7/19/21). An image that doesn't significantly match the product is truly unethical. I've tried installing this five times but I think I'll go back to the old brand I used which went straight in.

The mounting system on these lights is unforgivable. Once they are installed in a jar, it will be very frustrating for you to try to remove them without taking out the entire jar. The metal clips have a stranglehold on the inside of the can. Hue's website says they MAY have redesigned the metal clips, but I'm not willing to pay another $55 for the chance they've actually tested their product. Time. Your support line was useless too. As a tint addict, I wanted color in a soul where there was no light. After weighing all the options I settled on 2 4 inch ceiling lights. It took about 6 hours to connect the power, cut holes and install the enclosures. Because the light installation lasts about a minute. Then it's Hue as usual! It's great - a shower of cyclic colors!
