So far so good. I've used 3 and no problems so far. But I haven't used them long enough to know how they will hold up. Then I realized I had to buy LEDs, but oh well.

Second order and both arrived well packaged with no broken bulbs. Everything is working well. No problems or complaints. That's exactly what I wanted.

The replacement bulbs were the same model but nearly 4 inches wide. What was obtained from Revain was only nearly 3 inches across. Too small. Not worth going back, so just give them back. I'll buy them from a store where you can see what I'm getting. The size of the lamp is not specified in the description. One reviewer noted 4 inches, the ones I got were much smaller - not exactly 3 inches.

I started a chat - I use my phone a lot at work and avoid phone calls whenever possible - and explained the problem. The representative told me to ask another department for help. I just want to change the lightbulb and not call anyone!
