Bad product! on Security & Surveillance

Philips should be ashamed to launch this line of products. iPhone software is slow and unstable. But what's worse, the cameras are terrible. Of the 5 ordered, 2 came DOA (Dead on Arrival). And the other 3 stop working continuously. When contacting Philips, the only feedback they give is that they do not provide service in the Dominican Republic. Lost a total of $800 on this product, including shipping and taxes paid. and just returning it costs me another $200. If the suppliers I bought it from

It worked fine at first, but after a year it will only work if .

I have had these cameras for 2 1/2 years. Their legal docs say it can work over a Wi-Fi or 3G network. It worked great initially, but after a year it only worked on a Wi-Fi network. After 2 years it doesn't even work on Wi-Fi networks. After calling Philips I was told that the cameras would stop working if I was away from home and on my Wi-Fi network. It's great, but the only reason I bought these cameras was to check on my house and kids when I'm away. This is false advertising. I have…

They are fine, but Philips still has a lot to do

Pros: Everything works as described. You can view cameras anytime, anywhere through your app or website. Cons: 1) Updating the firmware, it's annoying, the camera is bricked, I'm waiting for a response from Philips to my post, I've been waiting for 2 weeks now, I tried to update the firmware, my app crashed, and now the camera doesn't load it, it stays in the yellow light forever. 2) It only records 30 seconds, when it detects motion, you can't change anything to make it longer. 3) You have to…
