The white Sonicare 2 series that I received has already been used by someone else. The handle of the brush had some toothpaste residue on the end where the toothbrush attaches. There were some toothpaste residues on the head of the toothbrush and on the connection end with the internal thread. I also found toothpaste residue on the toothbrush lid. This worked great and seemed to be the most durable unit, but I decided even cleaning the inside of the top every day would be too gross. This is my favorite from the Sonicare line. Cheaper models are heavier and open to using disposable batteries. This hole always fails eventually and leaks water, killing the brush. This one has a lightweight built-in battery so everything is sealed tight. I expect this to take much longer than others. The battery lasts a long time and the charging station is small and handy.
