Fake brush heads, no RFID chip and different bristles.

Just in case I've always purchased brush heads direct from Revain and not 3rd party brush heads supplied by Revain will. I bought them about 3 months ago but only opened today. I put one on the brush handle and noticed it was tighter than usual. I took it off and noticed that there is no RFID chip at the base of the head. I did some research and found that the brush head replacement light should blink 3 times when a new head is put on, but only the first time. I then put on another head from…

Pros
  • Reminders to pair BrushSync modes and replace when used with a BrushSync compatible pen (DiamondClean Smart or ProtectiveClean)
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Fake: Didn't fit, soft bristles, came in a plastic bag

The photo shows that the heads of these toothbrushes are not the same. The one on the left in the photo has a rib inside that doesn't fit regular toothbrush heads. It can stick to the toothbrush, but it is very bad and takes a lot of effort to remove. Also, the bristles are incredibly soft and will not fit any Sonicare toothbrush head I've ever bought in a store. Back to Revain and 100% you should NOT buy them.

Pros
  • Number one recommended brand of electric toothbrushes by Dental Professionals
Cons
  • There are cons

Counterfeit - not genuine Philips head

Don't be fooled by the name. This is a fake, not a genuine Philips nozzle. The packaging looks and feels like a cheap cardboard printout. The bristles of the brush are not arranged in a straight line like the Philips brush head. And worst of all, the bristles didn't quite match the cover photo. The second bottom row of white bristles should be two semi-circles, but this one has a bristle circle. I do not agree to pay Philips prices for a fake.

Pros
  • Gently removes 6x more plaque at the gum line than a regular toothbrush
Cons
  • No instructions

They don't feel real

I don't know why I ordered them directly from Philips for 3 times the price of the normal brand. It appears to be the same type of inferior replacement head that other brand sellers at Revain sell. The brush head is hard and clatters when brushing teeth and the bristles don't seem to hold at all. I wish I could send them back or let Revane select better items for approval.

Pros
  • Original replacement Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush heads compatible with all Philips Sonicare detachable rechargeable toothbrushes
Cons
  • Something else

NON GENUINE: Oral Care

This is a counterfeit product being sold as genuine. If you're okay with regular brush heads, you can find them for a lot less. The photos on the left show the original nozzles and on the right a fake (bought). Details: Missing RFID tag on the bottom of the brush. Doesn't quite match the brush, emits a different sound and vibration. Cheaper bristles do not have this contour. Something that has nothing to do with brush performance and pretty much says you bought a fake is a cheap brush print…

Pros
  • The #1 Dentist Recommended Electric Toothbrush
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
