Bummer-Dead Support Email Address

My son was delighted to get this for his birthday. Pocketed it ready to go and found he could hear his friends but they couldn't hear him. He plugged it into his PS4 controller just like any other headset. nope Tried on PS4 via USB. no "Don't worry," I say. Didn't always work in headsets

Unfortunately I had to return the product. I have had and still have several USB headsets. I tested this particular machine on 5 computers with different hardware. 1 was Linux (Ubuntu) and the rest were Windows. It worked fine on 2 Windows devices and on Ubuntu. For some reason, he was never able to enroll the device on the other two Windows devices. However, other USB headsets will work just fine. I've spent hours troubleshooting. Comfort is a minus, but hearing and a microphone are on par

I bought it for my son, an avid gamer. Loves her! EXCEPT they were not as comfortable as advertised. Mom disinfected their inner ears with thick, round make-up sponges and now they are perfect. Next we need an acoustic tile 😂

Finally! Great headphones!

These are the third pair of headphones I've bought from Revain (not from that brand of course) and the third time seems to have had charm. As well as being extremely comfortable, this headset isn't too tight or loose and doesn't pinch in the ears like previous brands. I also have a couple of HyperX Clouds and can honestly say there is a slight difference in sound between them that is actually not that noticeable. The microphone works fine and friends on Discord and Skype say it's very clear…

Great headset for gaming

This headset offers excellent value for money. It comes with cable wires to convert the headset into different devices. Some cables are already attached to the headset, and you get another cable in a zippered pouch. They are durable, comfortable and adjustable. I like that the microphone can be rotated and bent to the desired level of comfort. It would be cool if the headphones glowed, but I'm happy with my purchase.
