I've been using CLINIQUE Cleansing Balm for a long time and chose the Physician's Formula Cleansing Balm after falling in love with its healthy base. The PF Cleanser costs half as much as the CLINIQUE Cleansing Balm, which is about half the price of CLINIQUE. Compared to CLINIQUE, PF has a very light, refreshing scent that I really like. I have tried the Banila Co & Heimish cleansing balms and they are so much better! PF Cleansing Balm does not emulsify well enough to rinse off completely. You will definitely have to work hard to get rid of it. It's like leaving a residue. Keep this as a last resort if I run out or if guests are staying overnight and need makeup remover. I was introduced to makeup remover balms after trying Farmacy Green Clean which is good but too expensive for my daily budget. I tried Physician's Formula Green Tea Balm when it was sold at CVS.
