I am highly impressed with this thermometer's accuracy and durability, making it perfect for industrial and scientific use. The stainless steel construction ensures longevity and the large temperature range makes it incredibly versatile. However, the design could be improved for easier readability in low light conditions. Overall, an excellent addition to any temperature and humidity measuring toolkit.

The thermometer doesn't come with nuts for attachment to the chimney or appliance and doesn't have standard threads, but the appliance itself seems accurate and adjustable, although I haven't calibrated it yet .

I have a 10 lb Lee pot and it's perfect for this. Easy to read and accurate right out of the box. The rod is long enough to stabilize without getting in the way of the feeder. Would buy again.
