Burt Reynolds had the RIGHT solution: Hold your tummy to your neck with two fingers

There are only about 20 pages in this 400-page book that mention Burt Reynolds, but what strikes me most is his reaction to the "depressing" past remarks that Sally Field tried to pass on to him to convey: grabbing his stomach and then taking two fingers and pretending to throw up. Unfortunately, that's how I reacted to this whole whining book.
