I need some to put in mine but it only fell out once in the wash unless you can't see it and is a good alternative to wearing a ring all the time

I love them when I can't wear my ring. Much more convenient than flipping a horseshoe ring. Yes, and more convenient than acrylic. I would invest in clips to make plugging and unplugging easier.

This was a lot easier to put on than I thought and it never fell out. It reaches the bottom of my nostril without sticking out. You can't see it unless someone is looking for it.

The decoration is so cozy! If you need to hide a piercing and want comfort, this is for you! :) The horseshoe ring was good, but sometimes it bothered me when I had to turn it upside down to work in my nose. THIS IS VERY COMFORTABLE! Plus, it's dainty when you want to wear it. Nothing but something lol

Loved hiding my septum ring when I was working in a law firm. They're not sticky at all and you literally can't even see a hint of glitter when you look up. Getting in and out takes a bit of getting used to, but you just have to practice. Also keep in mind that if you need to blow your nose or anything, they are indoors. I loved them so much I ordered another one for my boyfriend and he loves them too!

I tried to take a picture to upload along with this review but unfortunately trying to post a picture of your nose without feeling silly is very impractical. I have had this septum retainer since I received it in the mail and it is AMAZING. I love this retainer so much I have never had it fall out of my nose which may be due to the placement as others say it has fallen out. This retainer is very comfortable and barely hangs out of my nose, but I just flip it over when I feel like it's sticking…
