I have a small head and this headband has held up well for a while. I usually wear it when I go for a run. My hair stays styled well, but after two hours I have to remove it. There were days when I used it for more than four hours and everything was fine. Strong Stuff!

Looks good at first glance, but after a few weeks of use the elastic started to stretch and loosen a bit. In addition, they easily slip and deform due to stretching. Not suitable for long periods of time. This product probably works best if you only use it for a few hours at the gym.

I have long hair and I'm a man, so I was trying to find something to keep my hair out of my face when I was exercising. It's not the best product, but it does hold your hair well when you're sitting at your desk or watching TV. However, too much exercise will cause them to detach from your head. Plus, you can get this quality for about the same price at a nearby store if you're just looking at the island with a headband on.

I use them when my hair is getting long and I'm feeling lazy. No one cares how I look when I go to Trader Joe's. Highly recommend for lazy days or when you need to hold your hair back during a workout.
