I was amazed by BMA for their excellent customer service and initiative in replacing parts.

This item was purchased with a thermostat. After receiving the parts, I found that the thermostat was damaged due to the bracket. I was surprised by BMA for their excellent customer service and initiative in replacing parts in a timely manner. I installed the part on my E60 07 'BMW 525 after I received a replacement (DIY project). After successfully installing a new pump, thermostat and hoses, all systems began to work.
