They're great because they're plastic so I'm not allergic to them (I'm allergic to nickel) and they're lightweight so they don't weigh the earlobe down. They are bright colors and fit well. Be careful with small sensors as they are flimsy. I love them and will definitely buy more if I decide to change my caliber.

Hard to get a good picture but the gold paint stands out on acrylic and is easy to scratch off. Obviously they are very thin (14g) so the raised texture is more noticeable. I agree, they are light as a feather. I will use them for holes that are stable over 14g but certainly not 14g or stretching. I don't want paint residue to get into sensitive ears.

I find the earrings very cute. I'm really disappointed though because I was looking forward to the white pair the most as it's a neutral color that I can wear with anything. When my package arrived the white pair was not included so one pair was torn off. I won't bother returning them because I really like them, I just want to make sure I get everything I paid for.

Wow. What a waste of money. First, they're extremely cheap, even for a 2 gauge. Second, they're colored. PAINTED. I don't know whose brilliant idea it was. They are textured so it hurts to insert into the ear. And if you have even remotely sensitive skin, don't wear them. The moment I put it in my earlobe, my ear turned red and reacted to the color. I can't believe I wasted my money on her. Buyer Warning.

They are as light as the picture but I am currently wearing 1/2 inch so they look quite chunky for the size. I would definitely recommend them to people who wear a size under 00. Given my height, I probably won't wear them. I'm sure someone else of the same size might prefer her look but not my style. I give 5 stars because they are good quality and light weight so they don't overwhelm the ears of those who don't want to go a size up from the size they ordered.

I opened the box and cleaned two of them and they broke immediately. I didn't buy any of the larger gauges but I assumed that since they are plastic they would be a little strong. I've been gentle with them, so I'm worried that others might break them after wearing them if they get tangled in their hair. I cleaned the purple and on the napkin it started to fade.
