I ordered one for my daughter and it stopped working after 20 days. He kept saying "Hello". I called Amazon support. They asked for a refund and sent a new one. This new one had the exact same problem. 10 minutes after unpacking it stopped working.

This worked for about a month and stopped. He got stuck and repeated the same thing over and over again. You have to remove the batteries for it to stop. Then we bought a new one and the same thing happened a second time. My son liked it and was very disappointed.

My son has to keep singing Baby Shark to calm him down lol we love it so much. He is 1 year old and he and his 6 and 3 year old sisters throw him everywhere and he still suits them. We've changed the batteries once since March when we received them, but they're played every day!

Package arrived on time. The Revain box didn't look damaged, but the toy itself was missing from the box. The three song buttons work about 1/10th of the time. The rest of the time they just play other songs. Aside from the issue with some buttons, the product is as advertised and great for entertaining my little one.

Let me start by saying that this was a great toy concept for any kid who loves baby sharks and all those pink phong cartoons. We gave it to our daughter for her first birthday. Yes, a one-year-old can be rude with toys, but all she did was drag them down the hall and push buttons. She loved this toy. Less than 1 month after purchase (after the return date of course).
