Made my cat chew on the couch.

Lol I don't know what's in it but they did the opposite. We bought new sofas, our cat really didn't care about the sofas, we saw him try to scratch them once, that's all. when I ordered them after reading the reviews. I chose these because they didn't have wire screws and I didn't want to damage my new sofa. I saw that another person had the same problem as me viz. The moment I put them on the couch my cat walked in and tried to eat them, he LOVES those damn things. And he tried to chew on the…

Sticky Paws makes it possible

If you have a cat or kitten that is constantly jumping around your shelves, this is the product you need to buy. That's incredible. The product is so sticky your cat will NOT want to put their paws on it anymore. My kitten used to jump on our boxes, but when his paw touched Sticky Paw and had a little trouble removing it, he didn't want to step on it again. But you have to stick the tape everywhere because your cat will try to avoid the tape in any way he can. And don't worry. It's so sticky…

Saved my bed furniture and furniture

I had a new rescue cat who was very well behaved in all areas except wanting to scratch chairs and sofas. I had success with a similar product on another cat many years ago so I gave it a try. It worked like a charm. Placed it where she scratched the most and she never tried more than once. Then all I had to do was keep an eye on her so I could place her anywhere she tried to scratch except her scratching posts. I left it for a month or more and sometimes I had to keep adding a section as it…

Does what it says on the tin!: Cats

I have two cats and they both love to scratch the corners of my couch and chair. My cats are slowly ruining my furniture and I had to find a solution (declawing was not an option for me). I also have cat scratching posts for them throughout the house, but nothing can stop them from scratching my furniture. Sticky paws are easy to use. In fact, they are transparent stickers that will not ruin your furniture. To attach them, peel off one side of the strip and stick it to the corner of your…

So for me. The cats scratched the stripes.

We have three cats and have just received a cool recliner that has recently been upholstered in a beautiful woven fabric. The cats immediately began checking the chair for scratches, even though two cardboard scratching posts were nearby. So I ordered these strips and put them on the seat and top of the headrest where they scratched the most. I have observed cats appearing slightly irritated by the strips, but then scratching themselves within inches of the strips. I ended up using all of the…

I had to remove (and throw away) each of these strips from my furniture for fear my newly rescued cat would choke on them or get stuck in his digestive tract. For some reason, he's attracted to them - and not in a good way. (I also have to keep plastic wrap away from him because he chews on it too.) I've heard that some cats like the chemical smell of plastic products. although I can't say exactly why. Some people speculate that it's due to a dental problem, a vitamin deficiency, or just…
