Best in Speakers used as tweeter

My friend has a 1st generation Scion xB. Originally the tweeters were 2" but there was room for 4" tweeters. I gave them bass blocking resistors so as not to overload the standard head unit. Crisp highs and silky mids complement your 6.5" door speakers perfectly.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Fantastic cheap NF speakers.

I mean. These are speakers that cost less than $30. Works great if you only need 4 inch midrange drivers for your old car/truck. Put them in the dashboard of my Toyota 84 pickup and they play music from the front of the truck. I'd recommend some crossovers if you're walking around as the bass will only make them sound worse.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Frequency

Good midrange, best in car audio

I see some comments about low "BASS". Really guys? These are absolute midrange drivers and they do exactly what they are supposed to do at a great price. We need to find out about the different components before buying. The tweeter or mid-range driver only covers high frequencies and has nothing to do with fat basses. For $25, it's gold

Pros
  • High quality workmanship
Cons
  • No instructions

Rate the product, not the price.

I think they are worth the asking price but no more. They have decent build quality, but neither very crisp highs nor crisp, flat mids. I use 2 pairs as something for my car and for that they work as intended. Obviously these are not 5 star speakers. In all honesty they are not 4 star speakers; a little clearer sound would have deserved 4 stars.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Best for temporary use

Price is great not exactly a replacement for factory size they are a bit smaller in terms of sound quality they are terrible had to use a baffle to add some bass get , right? I don't expect them to blow my mind but they sound just like the original speakers with decent bass. The only reason I replaced them was because the originals were starting to go bad, if you just want something cheap and a temporary replacement, they're good

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • dull packaging

Excellent value for money and quality.

This good value speaker is an excellent midrange driver with a coaxial tweeter. I hooked it up to an 8" Kicker Woofer. See drawing. This is a door speaker module from my MB 300SL. I connected the 4" speakers to the "front" channel of the radio and the 8" woofers hooked up to the "Rear" channel of the radio. This arrangement allows me to use the front and rear faders of the radio as frequency equalizers for a two amp speaker system! Sounds good. No kick-in-the-back tunes , but excellent balanced

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Not bad

Better than decent but not great

Sounds better than good and looks good, especially on grills. They're really good for do-it-yourself projects that have other speakers for bass response and they make a good replacement in a car audio system, but as a standalone device I miss them. I use them to build bluetooth speakers and boomboxes and they work very well when they contain some sort of bass speaker, be it a subwoofer or woofer that can reach at least 50Hz at low volume. But despite what many reviewers say, they have almost NO

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Poor instructions
