Basically amazing in Car Audio

I've been using this for 2 months everything is fine. It takes about 2 weeks to break in and get the best sound. It's installed under the seat of a mid-range SUV and my two biggest problems are: When I'm alone in the car, only at normal volume, it's actually too loud! Yes I have to keep turning the bass down because I get MOUNTAINS of bass, quite impressive for such a small box, always loved Pioneer for never releasing a crappy product. Problem 2: When the car is full of people, windows open or

Amazingly cheap and very easy to install

I'm pleasantly surprised at how much bass they produce. I didn't have room for a box in the trunk and adding a second stereo wasn't an option either. I was able to wire it up by plugging it into a >10A fuse plug that wasn't used but had live wires (Hatch motor for me as my car doesn't have one). I used the seat-to-frame bolt for ground and connected it to the rear speakers with tees. The remote control comes in very handy when setting up a subwoofer to work with a factory stereo, as thoseโ€ฆ

I am very happy with it. I recommend it!

I installed this sub in my car today. I am very happy with it, especially since I have achieved my goal. Without replacing the head unit (Toyota Fortuner 2015 with steering wheel controls) everything is hidden and a nice powerful sound only for me and the drivers and not for everyone else outside the car. We all know that original head units and especially speakers are no good when they come from the factory unless you pay extra money for them. With this subwoofer I simply added the missingโ€ฆ

DO NOT take this if you are used to lots of bass!

I'm not knocking on the goods here. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I was just spoiled and had higher expectations. It feels very well built. Aesthetically it looks quite nice. I bought it to replace a dying 12" subwoofer that was taking up most of my back seat in an extended cab truck. I didn't think I was asking for much because I just wanted good sound. I can do without a back massage. I basically wanted a back seat and didn't want anything under the back seats. I unboxed it andโ€ฆ

Love it so much

I want to start by saying I've been buying subwoofers and putting them in my cars for 25 years so this isn't my first rodeo. The subwoofer is very compact with great sound. For everyone who sees reviews that it has no power, I want to say that you should know how to set it up. This subwoofer works best when connected to the low-level RCA inputs of a head unit that can drive the subwoofer separately. I originally had it in my car with a Pioneer amp. I had to raise the subwoofer level to 5 out of
