Durable collar is best for dogs

Like many other reviewers, I was looking for a more durable collar to use with a tie. My 85 pounds. The Pitbull broke 3 collars before I bought this one. I received the 1.5 inch media and am impressed so far. It's thick and wide enough not to slip off, and the D-ring is huge and very strong, so don't worry about it bending. My dog is also happy because I tried to get him used to the new harness but he didn't like it and kept slipping out and running out of the yard. With this collar he can run…

Wow. hard wearing and very impressive design.

My Akita ruined every collar it had, including heavy, thick leather and nylon collars. that's about six collars in five years. His last collar broke the buckle while tied to a well-built dog track. he saw a raccoon in the neighbors' yard and threw himself on it with all his might. the heavy leather collar he had broken was well made, but it was no match. This thing has sturdy clothing that could probably hold a dragon. the picture used on the amizon doesn't really show how strong it is. I'm…

This is a Basic Collar Winner

I rarely write reviews but with a few dogs, two large, many adopted, I have been using this collar for a year with my 65 lb Pit mix and i like it it shows no signs of wear, it doesn't hurt the dog like a spiked collar, it's wide enough to distribute force, it's strong, strong, durable, I've never changed his choice of collar since I bought it. Some puppies may need a martingale but I really think this is the best choice of collar for me and my pup for a very strong large young pup. He looks so…

Strong collar for strong dogs

I bought this collar after my large dog (150lbs) managed to rip off not one but two leather collars as well as a lighter nylon collar. He is not aggressive but is VERY fond of playing with small dogs and drooling on cats. Small dogs and cats are usually not so enthusiastic. So far this collar doesn't seem to be going anywhere. The strap is insanely thick and the buckle is very strong. This collar will probably be overkill for a small dog. But for a larger or stronger dog that can break through…

Great collar for large dogs

I have a pit bull and he is quite large so for some reason I needed a strong and strong collar to hold him (other dogs in the neighborhood cats etc. )e.) I don't want to feel like I'm not ready so I've never been entirely happy with the collars I've bought him over the years and they haven't lasted long. This collar is amazing! I don't usually write reviews, I think this might be my ninth or so unless it's too exceptional like that large dog collar. Wonderful. High quality as I have ever seen…

  • Slim design

We train our dog to be a bodyguard dog (kind of like a K9 cop) This collar is pretty strong. Lugnat is an American Bulldog weighing around 110 pounds and we have had this collar for a long time. It shows little to no wear despite weekly workouts, multiple daily walks, and almost constant wear and tear. The melted holes are not deformed, still intact, no cracks. The gear has not bent or deformed. As far as I can tell none of the stitching has come loose or torn. There is some wear to the edges…

Heavy-duty collar for strong dogs!

Our Rotti has changed several smaller teams and collars. Not because he's an uncontrollable beast, but simply stronger than inferior products. We chose the medium 1.5" version for our 95 lb Rottie. The solid construction was immediately apparent. Based on other reviews we checked for flaws and found none. The double buckle and hole reinforcement should avoid a tear prevent as we experienced with the simple buckle.collar.The last collar we had lasted about 2 weeks before looking for a new collar
