So cute and perfect

Such an adorable pitcher. I haven't put it on a heat source, but it can handle very hot tea. The pitcher is easy to clean and simply the perfect serving vessel. I love it and would definitely buy it again.

Cool jug but lid won't close

The jug itself is amazing. Lightweight but seemingly durable. The handle makes it a breeze to use. Problem with lid not closing. I don't know if the neck of the pot is too short or if the seal on the lid is wrong, but you can't use it for loose leaf tea or anything else that needs a seal. If you use the drink outdoors, you can also get flies or hornets in your drink.

Love Hate!: Food & Entertainment

I like the picture. Perfect size for me and as a single person it can be hard to find things that aren't family friendly! What I like is that it's made of glass and it looks nice. What I hate is mold growing on the o-ring. I've tried various things to prevent mold and it keeps coming back. I speak for a day. I soak the ring in bleach. I read it. I air dry. The mold is back. So I stopped using the lid.

Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Socket required

I know I received this jar broken into a million pieces but after checking the contents I found the glass looked very thin and brittle. The bamboo lid is good but the system feels a bit cheap and to be honest I don't know how splash proof it can be. Packaged in a completely different box unrelated to the product and I couldn't read that the box had "Chinese" written in Mandarin. I didn't pay attention, otherwise I try to keep it made in the USA

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

Suitable for sun tea and cold brew

I was looking for something for ice tea/sun tea/cold brew that is glassy and won't crack from hot liquid. So far so good - and I bought two! I also like that the lid closes well and you have spout options, but you can also keep things relatively airtight for fridge storage. Worked great for sun tea esp. It's smaller though so great if you have a small fridge!

Pros
  • Quality construction

Exactly what we were looking for!

I've been looking for a long time for a water jug that holds the required amount of cold drinks and is also visually pleasing when placed on a tray at company service. Sounds easy but it really isn't, I was very lucky when I found this jug and am very happy with it! We use it every day and it looks great on the coffee table with a cold drink. It's sturdy without being bulky, and the lid allows you to pour without fear of spills! We love this mug!

A really nice pitcher - lightweight (so use with care) - easy to clean

The blue ombre on the base is beautiful and is the reason I prefer this pitcher to others. It keeps my fruit flavored water all day. It is very light so use with care. The handle holds the pot well. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and haven't had any mold issues on the bamboo lid as other reviewers have mentioned. It's easy to clean with a large opening and I wash and dry the lid daily. The lid doesn't get in the way of the beak and I can even take it off with the lid I like. I would…

Cute pitcher, great customer service

I never write a review but I had such a wonderful experience with it so I wanted to post one to thank you. The pitcher is super cute. Good weight and thick glass, not flimsy, brittle glass that breaks easily. Bamboo lid with stainless steel stopper is also good. However, I did have a small issue with the gasket on the lid - it chipped off a bit and I was concerned that it might tear when I use/dismantle it. And that's where great customer service comes in! I emailed them to see if they could…

  • New to my collection
