Works as I hoped

I bought this to glue the frame around some board games I was making. I glued all four sides, put on the corner brackets and snapped them into place. Worked like a champ. You need to make sure your corners line up properly when you clamp, as the clamp is not designed to get the corners right for you. It's just meant to give you even pressure on the court. My only complaint is that the strap itself is made from a fairly flimsy material. I've used it a few times and it's already starting to…

Very useful, easy to use and flexible tool

I bought these three years ago and used them to glue over 100 picture frames. Yes, there is no guide for this, but you will find out for yourself (Google, YouTube). Start with some pressure so you can make small adjustments, then increase the pressure, wait 30 minutes and your picture frame is ready to sand. With a little practice it becomes very easy to use and the results are fantastic. Over the years I've also found other unexpected uses for them, such as gluing the body for a flux capacitor

Simple, strong for making boxes

I make boxes from scrap wood, nothing special. Approximately as shown in their product image. Once glued and secured I drill 45 degree holes in the corners and glue in 1/4" dowels (using an IRWIN dovetail saw ;). Pressure sensitive adhesive. If you secured with a nail gun that would be perfect. My projects call for it less sophistication than an actual photo frame so the tool works well I press the work firmly against the frame square to ensure it is square A guide as mentioned in other reviews

Power and hand tools Instructions required

I love this product I'm all tangled. I don't think I'll ever be able to unravel it. There were no instructions and I can't ratchet. I've used it successfully a few times to take pictures. Keeps everything in place. The instructions would have helped me to wind up no more than 4 times. I screwed it up inside out and spent hours on it, and here I am. I can't use it. everything is messed up. I don't think I'll ever be able to unravel it. There were no instructions and I can't ratchet. I've used it

It depends on what purpose you are using these ratchet clips for.

Not a bad product, I bought this ratcheting belt clip to glue the four corners of wooden drawing boxes and picture frames. I assume there is a slight learning curve with this tape clip (since there are no instructions). It actually worked great for gluing the four corners of a sliding joint or joints larger than 3/4 inch when there was a learning curve trying to glue the corners of rounded edge picture frames etc that aren't quite thick (1/four). Gave me trouble. I don't think there's enough…
