Our Rottweiler had a toe removed and we were looking for ways to protect her leg while he was recovering. They were excellent and would work great if they were more breathable. They are perfect to protect paws in the rain.

Not sure how my GSD would handle this. She was chewing on her paws so I grabbed them as a deterrent. She enjoyed walking in the 1. Now she's used to them, running and playing without disturbing them. Now her legs are healed! Good product!

It takes a bit of effort. Sometimes it's not worth it if the dog just wants to pee and comes back. You can get dirty on the stairs. she slipped several times. I can't seem to tighten them enough so that they don't come loose when she's chasing a squirrel or something. The sizing seemed accurate. they seem to fit her feet well.

My dog doesn't like these things and jumps like a horse when I put them on. Once he realizes he's going for a walk, his excitement distracts him and all is well. These are really good quality for whatever terrain you need them for. I live in New York, where it's cold and freezing in the winter, lots of salty trails, and it was wonderful!

They are definitely big. I measured my dog's paws which fell right into the size 4 zone but they barely stick to it. He is a 28 pound puggle (a cross between a pug and a beagle). If it was a smaller size I would return it. The two rows of velcro definitely work well and both need to be snug to hold them up. If all sizes go like this I would suggest going one size down from the size chart.

I love how these shoes protect my dog's paws. He's an American Bulldog and has a lot of allergies and these shoes protect him from picking anything he might have a reaction to. He had never worn shoes before, so I was afraid of how he might react, but after I put them on the second time he started walking normally. They are easy to put on and his feet are protected from heat, rocks and anything else that could harm him. I definitely recommend them!

I bought these so I wouldn't have to spend 5 minutes cleaning my Labradoodle's paws after every walk. I measured her feet and used the measurements to find the right size. As soon as they arrived we tried them on and they fit perfectly. They're solidly built, Velcro straps secure the boots easily, and they never slip even when going through 10 inches of snow. They have a nice, durable rubber outsole and a canvas design with two longer straps so you can easily adjust them around your ankles…

When I bought these size 8 boots I was skeptical that they would work and had three things in mind: would the boots be strong enough for our 80 pound lab, would they fit his foot and would he you accept? . I was pleasantly surprised on all three counts. I tried them on the day after the boots arrived. No wonder he didn't like her. He pulled on one of the boots until it fell off as I turned my head. I put it back on and tightened it up and it held up better. I had some issues the first few days…
