Plantronics 85618 02 Blackwire C310 Review

I wanted a one-ear headset with built-in audio controls but without the huge mic, and this headset delivers. I use it for Lync, Webex, and Cisco "softphone" calls. I think the sound quality is ok and nobody ever complained about the quality of my voice. I love that the device automatically mutes when you join a Webex or Lync group call.

Very good quality. It works well with Dragon Naturally Speaking. It's not as comfortable as my previous Plantronics headset, which had an earbud that covered both ears. I've gotten used to it now and don't feel uncomfortable anymore.

I bought it for work. Not included in standard packaging. Bubble wrap only. There is no software included. The link in the software download instructions does not work. Hope this works with the software at work. Will update later if possible.

ts Great Buy. I've looked in several places and can't find it so I tried Amazon. I'm just glad to find this article. Answering a phone call is now very easy. Especially when you need to be on a conference call, which can be quite long. If you are purchasing this item, be sure to check the specifications to ensure you are purchasing the correct item. Since this item has 2 stats, one is for PC use. and the other can be used for the phone.

I bought this headset for online work from customer service and the duet I used was too tight and uncomfortable. After a few weeks of use I can say that this headset is very comfortable and has excellent sound clarity.
