I bought this for my work phone (CISCO 7942) and it works as advertised. Have since bought 20 more for the rest of the office.

APC-41 EHS Cable works with Plantronics CS540 for Cisco IP 7975. No HL10 handset lifter required. Great product but a bit expensive.

Easy install with our cisco phones, works great after restarting the phone and changing a setting to make the headset work locally. Bonus: It also works well with my Win 7 PC and can be connected to both at the same time.
