Positive Feedback

With everything that's going on, we should be able to release more headsets for everyone. It does the job. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. It picks up sounds from the user's surroundings, which can be problematic in a call center.

Pros
  • Good Cause
Cons

No Headphone Jack: Computer Accessories and Peripherals

It's my fault for not understanding before ordering, but be aware that this headset doesn't have a headphone jack, only a USB jack. My original headset has a headphone jack that plugs into the remote part (and you can disable that whole part with the USB version). It can be used as a Skype headset, but if you're using your mobile phone you'll need a headphone jack (or a USB converter if you have one).

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons

Beautiful for the third time!

After purchasing and returning two smaller headsets I decided to build on my previous positive experience with Plantronics and was not disappointed. Comfort is excellent, the controls feel solid and the sound quality (both microphone and speakers) is excellent. It's a pity, of course, that I didn't save and wasted my time with this cheap junk. One note: loading the driver (here Windows 7) takes a long time when plugging in the headset for the first time. So be patient. Just one thing that…

works perfectly! for Computer Headsets

Plantronics makes the finest office equipment. I love the convenience of a small headset because I'm in front of the camera when I'm talking and I don't want to look like a complete idiot. I bought it to filter out background noise on calls because I live in a city with dogs, cars, sirens, etc. So far so good.

Great headphones! - Computers and accessories

This headset is very well made and the sound quality is excellent. It easily plugs into a USB port on any device and comes with a nice travel pouch. With all my ZOOM calls for work and personal use at the moment, this is extremely helpful. I love this headset so much I bought two (2).

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Waiting too long

Works great with Microsoft Teams

We use Microsoft Teams at work so I bought this headset for use at home. It works very well and is easy to use: just plug it into a USB port and start your meeting. The sound quality is good, you can hear me well, wearing it for an hour is quite comfortable.

Pros
  • Good stuff
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Poor quality don't waste your time

Plantronics obviously doesn't care about this product or what we think about it. Packaged without trying to give it a new look with an old zip tie wrapped around the wires. But if it works, I wouldn't think about it. On the head sits well, light, comfortable. But when I tried to listen through the speaker, there was a squeaky noise. And the person on the other end said there was also a scratching noise with a microphone on his end. Heavily disappointed.

Pros
  • C3210 headset offers more cord freedom
Cons
  • Expensive

Clarity and convenience

The choice is huge. Help, I'm a Libra. Can you please give me just 2 or 3 options? Well, I trust my years of experience with Plantronics, but I wasn't sure how much I wanted to spend. I figured around $50 was a good investment to work from home. What I love about this style is that I only covered one ear. Oh and the mouthpiece doesn't press down on my lips like the last one I had which is amazing. The sound is clear. The headset is comfortable. Connects to USB on my docking station. happy…

Physically chunky design

Due to the new phone system we had to switch to USB headsets. While the sound quality was good, the cable wasn't coiled up, instead lying floppy and uncomfortable across my work surface. I turn the headset on and off multiple times and this cable requires extra time and attention. The control button on the cable that I had to use because it outweighed the buttons on the phone was unfortunately located an elbow away from the headset. There is no clip to better position it. Also an ugly orange…

Amazing quality and great functionality

I received this primarily to use with my PC for Microsoft Teams and Webex calls. Works great for that. But I also connected it to my phone with a USB power adapter to try it out. The person on the other end said the call quality was much better than the native mic on my Galaxy S20. So the call quality is definitely excellent. I love that I can mute/unmute without having to go back to Commands/Webex on my PC. The controls are right on the cable. And the cable is long enough. It also means I…
