I was hesitant on investing in a new headset for my computer, but I'm glad I did. Based on my observations, the Plantronics corded headset USB connection is a game changer. The audio quality is impressive- clear and crisp, perfect for virtual meetings and calls. The headset is comfortable to wear for long hours of work, making it easy to communicate with coworkers and clients. The only drawback is the price, but it's definitely worth it for a quality product like this.

Very light, like not wearing it at all, and probably not either because the headphone holders are useless. Despite being very light, the sound is good for both hearing and speech, I'm told. The cable is another problem of a tangled mess where you can never find the end to plug it in when you need it and you can only look at it to get confused.

In the last 12 years of my support where has this little unit been?! I can't stand headbands or big ol' headphones covering my ears. They fit perfectly behind the ear and connect via USB.
