Excellent facility. You will appreciate excellent sound quality. These headphones are very comfortable and I use them all day without any problems. The battery can be changed without resetting the call. This is the best headset I've ever had.

This headset is very comfortable. I can use it for all my devices. I would recommend if you have long calls (4-8 hours) to have multiple batteries. I had 2, which is enough for home, but I needed a different battery at work.

I have had an amazing Plantronics headset for almost 20 years and was planning to buy another one. It's basically a top new version of what I had before and unfortunately they made it worse in terms of ergonomics. It looks very slick, but it's SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Works great, great sound quality and noise reduction. Loss of 1 star as it doesn't have much range before you start losing connection. The product is in the basement, but when I go up the stairs (6 steps) and get out on the back porch, which is about 30 meters from the basement, I gradually lose connection and the conversation cuts out. I use a Plantronics headset for work (work from home) and can leave the house and walk across the street to my voicemail without losing connection.

Works great with phone, computer and cell phone. The range is exceptional (you must keep your phone next to the Bluetooth base as the phone connects to the base and the base connects to the headset) through multiple drywall walls and floors. I have one of the ear hooks and earbuds to fit well enough. It's not the most comfortable, but I could use it for hours without much hassle/reconfiguration.
