I thought they were shiny, like the ones in Party City or .

I thought they were shiny like the ones in Party City or at least a little darker. They were very light blue. Still worked great for my gender reveal party, just not what I expected.

Luckily I got some pink and gold ones that looked like foil from another seller. I would not order them again

Not what I expected. They looked cheap and didn't want to hang loose. Luckily I got some pink and gold ones that looked like foil from another seller. I would not order these again. They are somewhat translucent. If you're looking for a foil or metal twist, this isn't it. Two stars for prompt delivery
