You must have a tray for each color in your picture. "Embroidery" is much faster with these trays. I only had one tray for my first painting, so I immediately started looking for more. So happy I did.

I'm not limited to one or two colors at a time. I use glued-on white labels to identify the color and its symbol on the legend. These trays have two problems: they are too flat. So when I gently shake the tray to turn my diamonds over, I spill them too often. And the protrusions aren't deep enough to tip the diamonds onto their flat sides. Too often I have to turn them one by one with the tip of a pen.

When I first ordered them I received a stack the same size as the sets. I came back to this order to change an order from the same list two or three months later and got bigger ones. I assume, without digging up the old order, that they came from different sellers. But size should be noted and disclosed, especially within a single listing. The wider ones don't fit my countertop system. I have some clear acrylic party trays and the small trays fit 8 across and 4 more on the sides at the top. the
