This is amazing! I bought these to replace the cord lock that was on my daughter's rug toy bag because what was on it was junk. My kids broke it on opening day. But these locks are strong enough to hold the cord while carrying the bag without slipping. The button is easy to press and thick enough so I don't have to worry about my kids breaking it. Even if they are, I have 9 left so I don't mind. Plus matches ☺️

That's ok. I would give five starts except they don't hold the 1/8 inch shock cord or FMS bow cord lock. The oval hole is a little big and the metal spring is not strong enough. Therefore, 1/8th line and 550 paracord will slip through these latches if too much tension is applied. And too much, I don't mean unreasonable. On the plus side, the larger hole in these holds a double 750 strand of paracord, while the FMS bow can only accommodate a single 750 strand.

I used them to make adjustable masks for my family. They are SUPER easy to set up, even for my younger kids when we have to wear masks on different dates. I am making a mask that does NOT use elastics or around the ears and I feel MUCH better when my kids use it than others who pull on the ears and skull bones. I work where I wear a homemade mask at this time of Covid 19. I use shoelaces to attach the mask to the back of my head. I couldn't pull my tie tight enough to keep my glasses from fogging up.
