🗑️ Durable Blue Recycling Trash Bags - Plasticplace 40 Gallon │ 1.2 Mil │ 33” x 46” (100 Count) Review

These bags supplied by Plasticplace are not as good quality as other bags I have bought from Revain. Cereal boxes cut through these pockets, I stick duct tape over them to reach the sidewalk. I have previously bought another brand that has held up much better than this one. I will not redeem.

Packaging is fine, like my last order, but I ordered them again, especially because they were in rolls, so I thought the next order would be the same. To my horror they were folded in the box. It's a lot less convenient because if you pull one out, the entire section will fall apart and you'll have to straighten and refold it.

I bought these bags because most bin bags hold 30 gallons and most bins hold 33 gallons. I'm glad I used to make 33 gallon garbage bags with handles, but I can't find them anymore. Not only do these bags fit in the bin, but they can hold even more if you forget to recycle for a few weeks. Come on, we all forget to empty our pockets from time to time. Our city requires recycling and the use of blue bins; I prefer those fancy, big, blue, clear, recyclable bags, though (once they're left on the curb, they're gone, and there's no need to lug those blue trash cans off the sidewalk back to the garage). They are certainly large enough to hold milk jugs, soda bottles and cans, newspapers, cardboard. Everything our family of four can normally shred and put in a bag a week. They're also a nice blue color and heavy enough not to break a full bag.

My job responsibilities include developing and managing my facility's recycling plan. These bags are the same as the commercial bags I bought at my place of work and at a comparable price despite the different quantity. They are easily distinguished from garbage bags and recycling workers can clearly see the contents. Good recyclable bags are hard to find in stores these days. I ordered these because they were available in bulk here at Revain for a decent price. I didn't expect them to be so big! These bags hold more recyclables than 3 or 4 standard kitchen bags. These bags are large enough to fit in your 50 gallon outdoor trash cans.
