Big enough for your recycling needs
Our city requires recycling and the use of blue bins; I prefer those fancy, big, blue, clear, recyclable bags, though (once they're left on the curb, they're gone, and there's no need to lug those blue trash cans off the sidewalk back to the garage). They are certainly large enough to hold milk jugs, soda bottles and cans, newspapers, cardboard. Everything our family of four can normally shred and put in a bag a week. They're also a nice blue color and heavy enough not to break a full bag.
