Worth the price: Power

I like it very much. needs to learn a little more about the feature but already helped map the network and identify bad connection points. After the wired network overhaul is complete, I will provide additional information.

Doesn't report exact link capacity

Connected to a desktop switch, you get gigabit. Connected to a Cisco corporate switch, only 100MB is reported. Contacted their main distributor and they said the hardware in the tester could only negotiate 100MB but the software could see up to gigabit bandwidth. However, since Cisco switches slow down depending on the negotiation rate, the tester only shows 100 MB. It's not in the manual or anywhere on the site. I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this device. I looked at the Fluke at first, but then started comparing it to other cheaper devices. I stumbled across this tool by accident, read all the reviews, watched all the videos and realized that this tool has more features than the more expensive Fluke tool.
