Excellent platform for ecommerce companies

The best thing about this service was that it could be used by anyone in any country since there were no geographical limitations at all! It allowed me to connect with my customers from anywhere I wanted even if they lived far away which made things easier than ever before as well! There wasn't much i disliked but one problem we encountered during our training session where some people couldn't hear us when using their mobile phones due to interference problems so sometimes it became difficult…

Pros
  • It's really easy for users across every demographic (including older or younger)to learn quickly.
  • The interface is smooth
  • Easy way out communication among co workers
  • Good Customer Support Service !!!
Cons
  • Can get easily overwhelmed depending how many accounts you manage
  • Couldn’t track down specific customer data
