At night the thing is absolutely useless. The bright light burned for hours and had no effect even with the TV on. The photo is false advertising as is the description.

I bought this clock specifically to check the time while sitting on the patio at night. Unfortunately, the watch is unusable at night. At night the numbers are nicely illuminated, but the hands of the clock are not visible at night. Disappointed with the purchase.

Great clock. Glows in the dark when glowing during the day. Has a second hand. doesn't tick. Comes with a magic top hanger wrapped in plastic - be careful it's sharp. I have attached an image. The sharp end penetrates the wall, hammers it, hangs the clock on the wall without having to look for a nail.

The main reason we bought this watch was because it's quiet when the minute hand spins around the dial and IT IS QUIET! I've also read that to get the most out of each Lume application, you should leave it in the light for at least 10 minutes. I usually do this with my famous watch brands and I've found the glow to last all night. We've found the same thing to happen here, the dial is easy to read in the dark; the attached picture after exposing it to direct sunlight for about 10 minutes.

We really like this watch. We prefer analog clocks because we think they look cool, which is why we have them in almost every room in our house. This one is very cool! Pros: 1) The design is very cool. It's definitely not a classy rich design but more of a hipster design. We like it very much. 2) works fine. super easy.
