I bought these to keep my kids from ruining their new iPads but I don't want to feel stupid using one of these kids cases. For around $20, they have excellent build quality. I was very impressed when I opened the box. They appear (although not yet tested) as if they could withstand a 5 foot drop. First of all a good, durable case. It's not light, but it's not heavy either - it's a nice sweet spot where it feels solid and has just enough to actually protect an iPad without being too heavy for a kid. The housing consists of two parts. Slide it open, snap the iPad onto the back, and then snap the top and back covers into place. It's not easy to understand. It would be nice if the stand allowed for more than one angle, but I was aware of that and it's easy to adjust by putting your "foot"…

We have always protected our phones and devices with more expensive branded cases. I was ready to find a quality replacement at a good price. It fits the bill and we haven't had any issues with this case for the past few months. We also clean the screen and case daily with alcohol wipes. We wipe it down with alcohol every day and it still looks great. The stand on the back is also very useful. Bought another one and they both work great. Highly recommended.
