We bought 3 of these. You are so adorable. But they are not well made. Of the 3 we ordered, one of the strings was broken and one of the stars was missing a piece (string to tie it together). It's a shame, but I would do it again because the overall effect is wonderful.

Many have been purchased in the past but this one is small - for the money - and poorly made. The threads to be closed are attached to the star with a thin, small tube of soft metal that is pierced through the paper. It will be good this season; Next season we will find the best

I used this star as a Christmas decoration with a colored lightbulb. The bulb's plastic frame broke during assembly, but that wasn't necessary since I was using a bulb that didn't produce much heat. Overall it looks good and seems durable enough to be used for several years.

They are great but came with no specific instructions. Luckily these aren't my first bright stars, so this isn't a problem for me. But the first time you put them together, screw the bulb in first, then use a clear plastic jig to make a cage around it, tucking the arrow-shaped corners into the slots, creating a cage around the bulbs. Oh My God. Evaluation of the quality of this thing as an elementary school art project. The product does not have textures as shown in the product images. Comes in a box without protective packaging, so the thing was already bent before I got it out of the plastic. You need to tie 2 pieces of thread together to make a star. $20 doesn't do that much work for you, so I didn't even bother to plug it in. I have 10 pack half price lanterns that look better than this junk. For $1 I can buy a dollar…
