Tattered material on pillowcase. Tried to contact the manufacturer twice. While Covid was trying so hard to be patient. Requested a replacement for the first time. The second time they offered to buy a pillowcase. So it's wrong - but I want a complete set. NEVER received an answer. Gave 2 stars because the sheets are comfortable and attractive. Very disappointed. Now not even available on Revain. Not surprised. Beware of this manufacturer.

My daughter has slept on flannel every winter of her life. As a freshman, she asked if we could get XL flannel sheets for her dorm room. I was hesitant to buy sheets online, softness and quality are important. But I went ahead as they have good reviews and the price was right. And I'm not disappointed at all! I've read other reviews and thought maybe someone just dried them up and shrunk, but no - I measured the top sheet and pillowcases before and after washing. The top sheets were just 102.75 inches long before the wash instead of the advertised 108 inches, and they shrank an additional 10 inches after being washed and dried on a low setting.
