Description of Polaroid Originals 6005 Film SX 70

CLASSIC FILM: Polaroid Instant Color Film for SX-70 cameras with 8 classic iconic white framed photos. LIGHT IT UP: Polaroid Instant Film loves light. The more light in your shot, the better your photo will turn out. Always shoot in bright light or use the camera flash. DEVELOP: All photos appear blank at first. Photos develop within 15 minutes. Shield photos from the light and place them face down as they develop. CREATE: Every photo you create is rich textured and unique. Unpredictable, imperfect, and impossible to reproduce. 8 INSTANT PHOTS: Polaroid pictures are unique, no two pictures are the same, so think before you shoot.

Only to Revain

This was a replacement for the first SX-70 film I bought and both boxes were dented. The first one I bought was unusable because of a dent and the replacement (this one) was unusable because of the pattern in the photos. I bought and received 600 film and it worked great, only on these SX-70s I bought it didn't work or the packaging was crumpled. Come on Revane, you're a monopolist, you gotta get it on the first try.

While this worked for the most part, all images had a few light spots at the bottom (see attached image for details). Although I was otherwise satisfied with the product, the deterioration in picture quality due to the expiration date prevented me from giving this film a good…

Polaroid needs an upgrade

This is a downgrade from the 70's-80's SX-70 film and a disappointment for those of us who remember the 90 second development time (vs. 15-20 minutes today) and don't have to Protect the discarded photo from direct light for 15-30 minutes. Meanwhile, Polaroid is losing the business with Fuji Instax film, which works exactly like the old SX-70 film that worked in Fuji instant cameras for half the price 40 years ago, and you get 10 photos a pack, not 8. Polaroid has to improve their game. At the…
