Worth it if you like retro vibes

I think this camera is great. This is my favorite birthday present. I LOVE the double exposure feature and the ability to control it from my phone.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Annoying

Poor Bad picture quality

Photos look the same as they did 30 years ago. Maybe worse lol. My kids begged for this camera and took maybe 3-6 photos. They don't even like it lol. My suggestion is to keep your $$ and invest in something other than that. Sorry for the bad rating but I think it was a waste of money.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some problems

A modern twist on a classic camera

The love for Polaroid is always there, and this new camera with the ability to use your phone for creative control is always good. If you're a fan of crisp digital images, you might not like this product. People who grew up with Polaroid and enjoy sharing those memories will love this modern update of a classic camera.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Worry me

Photos TERRIBLE!

Look at my pictures and decide for yourself. Every photo we've ever taken with this camera has been a disappointment. Compare that to the quality of the Fujifilm Insta Mini and while it's smaller it's a lot better. Maybe it's my camera, but I've wasted a lot of packs of film with different settings, and none of them resulted in better photos. The film costs too much for that.

Pros
  • Rugged build
Cons
  • Reliability

Learning curve, but worth it!

I've wanted a Polaroid camera for a long time and finally got this one despite the mediocre reviews. There's a learning curve, but it seems like all the bad reviews are just people who didn't understand how film cameras work and how sensitive they are. It took me about a pack of film to get used to too much light and too little light and to adjust the exposure. It's my new favorite activity and I've found a hobby that I've been able to pursue for a long time. (Lost a star because it got stuck…

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Safety

Read this before you consider shooting with any other instant camera.

I have shot instant film (expired on Polaroid, Fuji and now Spectra/Image/1200 film from Polaroid Originals) on 600, SX-70, Image, Spectra and Type 1200 cameras respectively) since about ten years. Each of the original instant cameras had different pros and cons ranging from basic functionality to adverse light sensitivity issues. The designers of Polaroid Originals OneStep+ were clearly a collaborative effort between engineers and photographers. The OneStep+ feels good, makes sense, shoots…

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Almost everything is here
