Company doesn't replace. We can "buy" because clips don't work the way we think they should. YES - we think they should hold the camera in place so the camera doesn't fall off when walking lightly. The camera is good, but what's the point if you can't use it as intended. Do not buy.

I love this bodycam. It comes with so many features and the videos are so clear. Too bad I didn't find this bodycam a few years ago. It comes with two different clips to attach to clothing for easy recording. It is waterproof and easily rechargeable. You don't need a mobile phone to record videos when you have this camera. It will record over 8 hours of video. This HD body cam is a sentinel.

Although the picture is clear, the night vision is good, the motion detection is good, the product is normal. It only records up to 20 minutes of clips for who knows how many hours. I needed this product for work and I'm not even sure if it will record the time it takes me. It's called removable storage, but we can't figure out how to remove the storage. I tried calling support and they hung up every time I was first in line. I would not recommend this product.

I like the camera. At first I wasn't sure how it would hold up. However, it was great. The bail bondsmen who work in my office and go out and use them also find them very helpful. I bought this because it said it had a 16GB removable memory card. I wanted to take out the 16GB card and replace it with a 128GB memory card. ""THIS HAS NO PORT FOR NO MEMORY CARD!" Do not buy this camera. They use an old-style USB Type-B that wears out in about six months. I bought it in April 2020. It is now September 24th, 2020. I contacted Revain.
