Wow, the worst streaming product I've ever used and very disappointing from Polk. Doesn't recognize Echo devices, isn't compatible with or not recognized by Alexa, horrible interface when Tidal keeps dropping the link (didn't care about Spotify), repeatedly lost wifi router and had to go through multiple initialization modes times, will not update the software. and so on.
