Great phones to buy from Amazon instead of your VoIP provider

I ordered 17 of these for our office and saved a significant amount of money compared to buying from our supplier (Cspire). The difference is that when they break, I have to replace them. By purchasing from Amazon I saved enough to replace 8 phones. I doubt 8 phones will break. Great phones so far. They were easy to distribute and the Cspire software was easy to install.

Pros
  • I'm looking forward to
Cons
  • The list is long.

Reloads constantly. Less than a year

Bought the phone in 5/2018 and it's getting worse and worse. For the past few weeks, the phone will randomly reboot itself up to 5-6 times a day. Also, BTOE no longer applies. Set the preferences, click save and it will immediately turn off again. This is a major disadvantage for business users who want to use their phone as a speaker in Skype or Teams. Better to look elsewhere and leave it as a last resort. I'm already looking for a new cell phone.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time

The only other Polycom phones in our office are conference room devices, so I had to learn a little to set them up. It didn't have good instructions, so I found some instructions on Google to program it to our PBX (IPitomy) via the phone's IP address, rather than our PBX, which is what we usually do with our other phones. That's the problem. , it's programmed, I have my own extension, my…

Exceptional sound quality Good build quality Good phone

I bought this phone with the intention of getting a more expensive model. But the more I think about it, the cheaper I become reflexively. This phone is used on RingCentral. First of all the phone is a quality phone, better than I expected for the money. The phone and base are well weighted, the screen is bright, the buttons work great, there's a stand for angles, and it comes with a network cable (but no power adapter). I bought "Polycom Genuine 48 Volt Power Supply for Polycom IP Phones…
