I bought this mold thinking I would get a frame mold as shown in the picture with 3 different sizes each a triangle, a circle and a teardrop but instead the cabochon shape pictured above. I contacted Revain CS but was told that the description lists different shapes and there is nothing I can do to ensure I get the correct shape when I get a replacement so I had to get a refund.

This works really well with polymer clay cabochons (and they're perfect for frames from the Sculpey frame mold). If you want to use them for resin, note that the surface is not completely smooth, so the resin cabochons may become cloudy. Since it is not smooth, you will need to sand it a bit to make the polymer clay cabochons shine. But it is easy to make beautiful cabochons with it. I bake them in a mold so they don't warp when I take them out.

The mold is very flexible but does not deform the product when removed. The mold can also be filled and then baked to ensure the part fits into the associated mold parts. I love the ease of use and the professional looking details that help me create. The plastic that makes up the mold is
