The top of the base plate is so thin it's barely thicker than thin balsa. Upon delivery (or possibly manufacture) 2 of the 6 top panels are cracked. 1 complete, 2nd on the surface but it will likely continue to tear at some point. So they are really only suitable for experimentation or for children's parties, where they will eventually be thrown away. Because Revain won't let me contact the seller to get a replacement and I've already used one of these panels, I'll post a review of the product and conclude I have a pack Bought with 6 8x8" wood panels.
