These cute porcelain pieces are perfect for keeping my watercolors clean while I work. They make a nice *tinkling* sound and feel solid. So much nicer than plastic and a great price. But that's not all! I cook, love my kitchen utensils and eat a lot of dumplings so I will be ordering another set to use for dipping sauce and mise en scène when I lay out the ingredients. I prefer porcelain palettes for watercolors and have used them for ink, acrylic and gouache as well. I have something like this that I rarely use, but I liked the shape and I'm very limited in space, so a regular palette is sometimes too big. I love them and use them daily. I love these little porcelain palettes/bowls. When I paint at home I like to mix my paints on trays and use these porcelain bowls when I need to wash off or add paint of a specific colour.
