The product itself is not very strong. I had the necklace 1 day and it broke when I took off the sweatshirt. On the other hand, this company refunded my money, offered an exchange and made the transition very easy! I gave them 3 stars but for their excellent customer service I give them 5+!

Here we have a 5mm 10K Yellow Gold lead that is 28 inches thick. Hollow Cuban Chain. I give five stars because it is exactly what is described in the listing. People who complain that it's too light, too thin obviously didn't read the description of what they bought and ignored such customer reviews.

This is a company that hopes you don't know what real gold looks like. The description says 10k gold, but it's not gold. My problem with this company is they charge real gold prices, I paid $250 for a 10k fake gold birthday present. The trick is that the dumb chain sticks to the magnet. fake. shhh I will never order from this company again!

the point where the bracelet is connected to the clasp is so poorly made that I bought 4 of them and all 4 are broken on the last link on both sides. I had to fix them all on both links and replace the gold as the links are almost as brittle as foil. to be okay But if you wear it regularly, you'll end up having to replace the links.

I have 2 pieces from this jeweler and both are broken. I sent the first one back and went to another jeweler but I changed this necklace and even the second one broke. When I say they break, I don't mean they've been ripped off me or roughly handled. They literally fall off your body. For the price this is unacceptable. While their customer service is good and they will send you a new item, what's the point of getting a new chain if they keep breaking. The problem is their poor quality. Please…
