A great companion for anyone who wants to keep their food warm on the go and on long journeys.

The food was always hot as advertised. The outside of the bag can also get hot, so you don't want to leave it on you. Find a spot to put it and make sure the spot can withstand the heat. Used it on a couple of car trips where I wrapped food in foil and had a foil baking pan inside to hold the food so it didn't get mixed up. I liked it very much. If there's a downside, you can't program it to turn on and off. Otherwise it may keep cooking and burning if you forget you turned it on.

Update again! A: They contacted me after I emailed them. They were great and they even sent me a replacement. Very happy with this seller! Almost every Revain seller I buy from won't even answer my questions let alone send a replacement! + UPDATE:! So I had it about 3 months and the plug got so hot it melted. I'm not sure why. But I tried to contact the seller and I'm still waiting for a reply. I'm not sure I would recommend this item. - Can reheat a small homemade meal in 1 hour. It's amazing…

The heated lunch bag is larger than many others.

I bought this to use in the car to keep my 90 year old mum warm when she took her for walks. Due to Covid 19 I can only go for a walk with my mother. We go to state parks or local metro parks and have lunch. Mom complains her food isn't hot and it was excellent, too good to keep her food warm until we got to our destination.
