Disappointing performance; Not worth it

After I put it to the test, this cooling pad failed to cool my laptop efficiently. Its supposed silent operation is also not true as it produced a noticeable buzzing noise.

The fan vibrates during operation which causes it to move. I was a little disappointed with the purchase, but the seller did everything right.
