I tested the device when it arrived and it worked great. I took it on a business trip and when I tried to set it up at my hotel the first night it stopped working. Writes that it is not connected and goes into sleep mode. The only button on it, the menu/volume button, doesn't do anything in sleep mode. I've used it with a Macbook Pro and Xbox Series S. Everything works as expected, the build quality and protective case are good. However, compared to the MacBook Pro's built-in display, the 8-bit display isn't great. I'll be away for a few weeks and didn't want to give up a second monitor so I made the investment. This isn't "big, beautiful, bright and fast". But for the money, it's "enough" for all of those things, and for 99% of my work - spreadsheets, email, presentations, surfing the web - it's more than enough. USB and HDMI cables and a power adapter in the box. Good value for money.

It has a mini HDMI port and USB-C ports. Obviously it's not OLED quality, but it's acceptable; You get portability and convenience. It would be better if it had a touch screen. This monitor was purchased as a second monitor for on the go. It's surprisingly easy to set up. I'm in the process of switching from a laptop to a monitor with USBC. Only one cable is required. No additional service. I've used it with an adapter (sold separately) with iPhone and iPad. It comes with three cables, so you can use it with anything with HDMI or USB-C.
