I tested the device when it arrived and it worked great. I took it on a business trip and when I tried to set it up at my hotel the first night it stopped working. Writes that it is not connected and goes into sleep mode. The only button on it, the menu/volume button, doesn't do anything in sleep mode. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps and it still doesn't work. I'm on a long journey and won't be home to collect the box it came in to return it until the 30 day return period is up and the seller is only offering a 50% refund. I recommend looking elsewhere if you really want to travel with a monitor like this.
